(Edit: added 2 stars, felt like 2 stars for a small fix was unfair) Update messed up the music. Most notable At the end of checkpoint 3, when the pillars of glass fall, the sound that used to be there is now delayed. There are also long passes of silence between sections just kinda threw me out of the experience. I also experienced a bug that made the main menu impossible to scroll through. Just didn't work until I started a game. Hope it gets fixed. Lova ya mediocre.

Downloaded this app couple years ago, it kept crashing so I deleted it. Few years later, I'm scrolling through games and I see this. I decided to try it again, and wow. This game has wonderful graphics and is oddly satisfying. But the funny part, it's so challenging that it's so hard to put down! It's free, offline, and no ads. I've thoroughly enjoyed this game after redownloading it. If you're looking for something that will test your brain, while being fun and unpredictable, choose this.

I've played this game for years on end at this rate, I keep coming back and it's still enjoyable. It's spacey, trippy, and Douglas Holmquist's soundtrack enhances the experience tenfold. It's challenging enough to make it a proper game, while the zen mode is my personal favorite since I can just zone out to the music and scenes. It's visually incredible, and music and sound design is peak. I'll sing praises for Smash Hit forever probably.
